The WOP-P Master is a 120-ECTS joint degree in work, organizational and personnel psychology, coordinated by the University of Valencia through an international consortium. It prepares students for practitioner or research careers through academic study, research training and professional practice.
Students study in at least two consortium universities in different European countries. The European awarding partners are the universities of Valencia, Barcelona, Bologna and Coimbra.
Benefits & funding
- Partner-country grant recipients receive €9,000 per academic year toward tuition and €5,000 per academic year toward living costs.
- Programme-country grant recipients receive €3,500 per academic year toward tuition.
- The grants are partial and are not intended to cover every tuition, travel, living or accommodation expense.
- Applicants may also seek admission to the master without a consortium grant after the scholarship deadline.
Eligibility
- Hold an undergraduate degree in psychology; another degree may qualify if at least 50% of its credits are in psychology or methodology and statistics.
- Demonstrate at least B2 English and commit to full-time study for the two-year programme.
- Candidates from programme and partner countries are assessed under common criteria, with no nationality exclusion stated.
- Provide official academic records and the required evidence of nationality and residence; the residence document is evidence for grant classification, not a residence eligibility gate.
