Circlebreaker is operated by Authenry FZE-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Circlebreaker”, “we”, “us”). By using Circlebreaker, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Circlebreaker is for personal, non-commercial discovery of opportunities. Don’t misuse it: no attempts to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or the account wall.

Automated access — scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading the listings — is prohibited, except for public search engines indexing our public pages in line with robots.txt. You may not extract, copy, or reproduce a substantial part of the database, nor use it to build, train, or populate a competing or derivative product or dataset. The compiled database, its structure, and our curation and eligibility analysis are our property.

We curate information about third-party opportunities and link to official sources. We don’t run these programs, and we can’t guarantee that every detail, deadline, or eligibility rule is complete, current, or error-free.

Always verify details on the official source before applying. We’re not responsible for application outcomes or for changes made by the organizations that run the opportunities.

Core features are free, and the free database and official links will not be placed behind a paywall. Paid membership adds premium features and resources; prices, billing periods, and what’s included are shown at purchase, along with any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Memberships sold as subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; membership then runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Memberships sold as fixed-term passes end on their stated date and never renew by themselves.

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, published on this site.

The Circlebreaker name, site, and original content are ours or our licensors’. Opportunity details belong to their respective organizations.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
