Claude Corps is a one-year, full-time fellowship run by Anthropic together with CodePath and Social Finance. It places early-career technologists inside U.S. mission-driven nonprofits to build practical AI tools and systems that address societal challenges. Fellows begin with a training intensive, then embed full-time at a host organization for the remainder of the year. The inaugural cohort starts October 19, 2026.

Eligibility
- Open to all nationalities; there is no education requirement
- Must be 18 or older as of October 19, 2026
- Fewer than two years of full-time professional work experience (early-career)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship is available
- Completion of Anthropic’s AI Fluency and Claude 101 courses, with proof required
- Selection weighs experience with AI, communication skills, and motivation to work on societal challenges
Application process
