The Processing Foundation Fellowship has backed emerging artists, educators and coders since 2013, funding open-source creative-coding projects that build on the Foundation’s own tools.
The 2027 round has three tracks: Collective Intelligence (remote, anywhere in the US) co-designs AI education tools with the Mark Cuban Foundation’s youth community; Gaming the System (hybrid, Los Angeles) builds an open game-design toolkit; DIY Computing (hybrid, New York City) builds open hardware and software.
