The Opportunity Youth Congressional Liaison Program (OYCL) is run by the Forum for Youth Investment, a co-facilitator of the Reconnecting Youth Campaign. It trains young people who have been out of school and work to meet Members of Congress and their staff.
Liaisons join evening online trainings and short assignments, then advocate on youth employment, education, juvenile justice, child welfare, youth homelessness and related systems.
