TaiwanICDF, Taiwan’s international development fund, runs this scholarship with partner universities in the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA). Recipients complete an English-taught bachelor’s, master’s or PhD program in Taiwan.
The 2026 cycle offered 32 programs across agriculture, health, business, engineering, education and international affairs. The site still links the 2026 program list, so check for the 2027 list before choosing. The separate Taiwan-Europe Scholarship uses the same portal.
