The SEAP Fellowship Programme is the inaugural fellowship of the Statelessness Encyclopedia Asia Pacific (SEAP), a regional research initiative run by Nationality for All (NFA). NFA — founded in 2020 out of the Statelessness Network Asia Pacific, legally registered in Australia with regional operations in Nepal — works to advance the right to nationality across the Asia-Pacific.

Two full-time fellows spend three months, fully remote, documenting statelessness, nationality laws, legal-identity systems and related human-rights issues across the region. The work strengthens regional knowledge production and advocacy while training fellows in rigorous research practice.
