Official Page

The NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship is a six-month leadership programme run by United Leaders Global, an international nonprofit that lists a New York base and works through a team of volunteers and professionals to give young people in under-resourced regions free access to training. It is built for young women who want to step into leadership roles and drive change in their own communities. Everything is delivered online — training sessions, interactive workshops, peer collaboration, and mentorship from experienced global leaders — so participants take part from wherever they live.

Each round offers 100 places and covers leadership and confidence, public speaking and advocacy, global citizenship and networking, and the design of a social-impact project. The fellowship has run once a year since 2025; the 2026 round closed on 29 May 2026 and the application form is no longer accepting responses.
