Financial Leaders of Tomorrow is a two-week, English-taught summer program run by Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance in Beijing. It combines lectures on China’s financial markets with company visits, cultural activities and sightseeing.
The 2026 program ran from 29 June to 10 July. The cycle is closed, and the official site has not announced the next opening date.
Benefits & funding
- Participants receive lectures from Tsinghua faculty, policymakers and finance-industry practitioners, plus visits to financial or technology firms.
- Successful participants receive a program certificate; registered Tsinghua visiting or exchange students receive one credit, while other international students receive a transcript that their home institution may consider for transfer.
- Accommodation in the School’s guest house and three meals per day are included in the program fee; the reviewed official pages do not state the fee amount.
- Participants share a room with two or three people.
Eligibility
- Applicants must currently be college juniors, college seniors or master’s degree students majoring in finance, economics or a related subject.
- The program is taught in English; no formal proficiency threshold is stated, but good written and conversational English is expected.
- The reviewed official criteria state no nationality, residency, age, gender or work-experience requirement.
