The Eric Bleumink Fellowship is a University of Groningen scholarship, funded through the Eric Bleumink Fund, for promising students from the least developed countries who want a master’s degree in Groningen, the Netherlands.
There is no separate application: the Admission Office and faculty admission boards pick nominees from those who apply to a master’s programme. The training is meant to build academic capacity in the recipient’s home country.
