The AMIR EIT Partial Scholarship is the funding route of the Advanced Materials and Innovative Recycling (AMIR) master’s, an EIT-labelled programme run by a consortium of European universities. Every student selected for the 2027 intake receives it.
Students spend year one in Bordeaux, Lisbon, Miskolc or Tartu and year two in Bordeaux, Darmstadt or Madrid, earning a double MSc. Full Erasmus Mundus scholarships are not offered for this cohort.
Benefits & funding
- €15,000 for the whole programme, paid in semesters 2 and 3 (January–December 2028), usable for any study-related cost.
- Recipients still pay AMIR fees: €2,500 a year (EU and associated countries) or €4,500 a year (rest of the world).
- You fund yourself for the first six months, the fourth semester and any extra time, when local tuition may also be due.

- Open to all nationalities; only the fee band depends on the Erasmus+ country list.
