The Albania National Brain Bee is Albania’s affiliated round of the International Brain Bee (IBB), a neuroscience competition for high-school students. The IBB lists Laura Loli-Dano as Albania’s coordinator and Albania as an active participating country.
No Albanian website, format, venue or dates are published; the coordinator’s email is the only stated contact. Albania sent its first competitor to the IBB World Championship in 2025.
Benefits & funding
- The Albanian champion qualifies to represent Albania at the IBB World Championship, held virtually in recent years.
- There, 1st place wins US$3,000, 2nd US$2,000 and 3rd US$1,000; every competitor gets a certificate.
- No entry fee or other funding is published for Albania.

- To go on to the World Championship, the national champion may not be older than 19.
