Admission to CLABE and CLAME: places reserved for asylum seekers, refugees or displaced persons and Iranian female students residing in Iran, a.y. 2026/27

The University of Bologna runs a separate admission route into two English-taught first-cycle degrees: Business and Economics (CLABE) in Bologna and Management and Economics (CLAME) in Forlì. Both are three-year bachelor programmes with restricted access.

The route is reserved for asylum seekers, refugees and displaced students, and for Iranian women residing in Iran. Applicants compete for the reserved places instead of entering the general admission rounds.

Selection is by qualifications and an online interview. The route gives admission to the degree only, and carries no scholarship of its own.

18 reserved first-year places in total for the 2026/27 academic year.
13 of them are on CLABE in Bologna: 3 for displaced students or refugees (or applicants) in Italy and 10 for Iranian female students residing in Iran.
5 of them are on CLAME in Forlì.
Admission is to a three-year degree taught entirely in English.
The University states that no specific scholarships are available for successful applicants.

Asylum seekers may take part in the selection, and must hold international protection by the time they enrol.
A secondary school qualification that gives access to first-cycle degree study is required.
