The Acumen Colombia Fellowship is a nine-month leadership program run by Acumen Academy for people already leading or helping build social-impact work addressing poverty. Participants remain in their jobs while completing virtual workshops, self-paced work, and immersive in-person gatherings in Colombia.
The curriculum develops moral leadership, adaptive leadership, storytelling, and the ability to navigate competing values. Graduates join Acumen’s global Foundry community.
