VV Visionaries is a leadership program run by Vital Voices Global Partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund. It supports women across sectors and experience levels who are working toward positive social impact.
The core experience is a 7-week virtual program based on the Vital Voices leadership model, with lessons from Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders. Participants may also be considered for an annual in-person experience after the virtual cohort.
