The University of Bologna publishes a yearly study-prize call under its Unibo for Refugees programme. Ten prizes of €2,500 gross each go to students holding international or temporary protection, or taking part in the UNICORE university-corridor project.
The prize sits on top of an existing scholarship. Applicants must already hold an ER.GO, UNICORE or CRUI scholarship for the same academic year and be enrolled in a Bachelor’s, single-cycle Master’s or Master’s degree at Bologna.
Selection is purely academic. The university ranks applicants on the credits they have recorded and the grades behind them, then publishes the ranking on its Studenti Online portal.
