Eligibility
- A woman holding the largest or equal-largest stake, with a significant day-to-day management role.
- Aged 21 or over by November 17, 2026, and proficient in English.
- Legal resident of a U.S. state, the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory.
- Business: for-profit, any industry, at least 51% women-owned and controlled, at least $75,000 annual revenue (no maximum), formed under U.S. law and operating in the U.S.
- Already operating; nonprofits, idea-stage ventures and subsidiaries are excluded (2026 rules).
- One applicant per business; Foundation and Tory Burch employees, their vendors and their family or household members are barred (2026 rules).
