The Fortis Fellowship is the way into the Fortis Society, a global network of leaders who grew up with few advantages. The Society runs under the Future Leaders Foundation, a US nonprofit.
From January to June 2027, fellows join monthly virtual sessions, are paired with a mentor and take part in professional workshops. The cohort then spends four days in Medellín, Colombia, including the Fortis Summit, and becomes lifetime members.
