The Kectil Program is a one-year, web-based leadership program hosted by the Malmar Knowles Family Foundation (MKFF), with a new cohort each year since 2017. Participants study through a private online portal and webcasts.
Modules cover authentic leadership, good governance, mental health, personal finance, entrepreneurship and peace. Participants apply what they learn through community projects at home, and graduates join the Kectil Alumni network.
