The Thailand National Brain Bee is the country’s IBB-approved neuroscience competition for high school students. Panyarat High School hosted the first national edition in Bangkok in August 2025, and the official page says 2026 details are still to be announced.
The contest combines an online preliminary exam with onsite semifinal and final rounds. The winner qualifies to represent Thailand at the IBB World Championship.

Eligibility
- High school students of any nationality who are enrolled in a public, private, or international school in Thailand may enter.
- Students from a nearby country without an established national-level Brain Bee may also enter.
- A competitor may enter only one country’s Brain Bee in a competition cycle.
- All competition questions are in English.
