The Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan) runs this teacher-trainer scholarship. Advisors spend a year as academic advisors to Fulbright English Teaching Assistants, English Teaching Flagship grantees and their Taiwanese co-teachers in K-12 schools.
The work covers August summer training, weekly afternoon workshops rotating between sites, feedback on reflective reports, up to 16 classroom observations a semester, and English camps. Advisors check in at a base office three days a week.
