Chongqing Normal University hosted this English-taught summer school in Chongqing from 25 May to 7 June 2026. The education program examined Chinese wisdom and practice in special education and planned a cohort of 16.
It was one of the university’s three approved 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School projects. The published pages do not provide a detailed curriculum or selection rubric.

Eligibility
- Applicants had to be foreign students or scholars studying at an overseas higher-education institution or organization at undergraduate level or above, or overseas in-service teachers or young researchers.
- Foreign students, teachers and researchers studying or working at institutions in China were not eligible.
- The program was taught in English and the shared application form accepted current Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctoral students as well as employed teachers and researchers.
