Scholarship from JetBrains Foundation — Master's Scholarship

This scholarship supports applicants to Constructor University’s MSc Advanced Software Technology. JetBrains Foundation sponsors awards for the two-year, full-time, in-person program in Bremen, Germany.

For the 2026 intake, AST focuses on the ML Research specialization in the Data Science track. Selection starts with the program application, continues through committee review and an interview with faculty and program organizers, and ends with a decision based on the interview.

Benefits & funding

The full scholarship covers tuition fees and the first year of living expenses.
The half scholarship covers tuition fees only.
Published AST tuition is €10,000 per semester.

Eligibility

Apply to the MSc Advanced Software Technology program and hold, or be completing, a bachelor’s degree.
Have strong programming foundations, basic machine-learning coursework, and strong knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability.
Demonstrate advanced English through an accepted test or an applicable waiver route.
