The Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarship supports outstanding applicants to Oxford’s 1+1 MBA who pair the Master of Public Policy with the MBA. The University of Oxford hosts the two-year, full-time pathway in Oxford, with the MPP completed first and the MBA at Saïd Business School second.
The Pershing Square Foundation awards up to six scholarships each year. Scholars are selected for their potential and commitment to develop scalable, sustainable responses to world-scale social challenges.

Eligibility
- Apply to the Oxford 1+1 MBA by combining any partnering master’s degree—including the MPP at the Blavatnik School—with the Oxford MBA.
- Hold an undergraduate degree and meet both programmes’ admissions requirements, including a competitive GMAT or GRE score and English-language proficiency for the MBA.
- Have at least two years of full-time work experience showing career progression, international exposure, and leadership potential.
- Demonstrate academic achievement, leadership potential, strong character, integrity, commitment, and a credible path to scalable and sustainable solutions for world-scale social challenges.
- The official scholarship criteria reviewed publish no nationality, residency, gender, or age restriction.

Application process
