The 2026 OML MENA Fellowship Program is run by NELIS Global for emerging leaders connected to the Middle East and North Africa. Fellows study sustainability, ethical leadership, social innovation, and personal wellbeing, then apply those lessons through mentoring and community work.
The program moves through intensive training, a leadership challenge, project implementation, and graduation into the OML alumni community. The public site identifies Beirut as OML MENA’s contact base, while fellows conduct later activities in their own communities.
Benefits & funding
- Intensive training in sustainability, ethical leadership, social innovation, and personal wellbeing.
- Masterclasses, expert input, peer learning, and mentoring during the fellowship phases.

Eligibility
- The official pages describe the audience as young leaders across the Arab and MENA region who want to create sustainability impact; this is a program focus, not a published nationality bar.
- Fellows are expected to complete the training, mentor emerging leaders in their communities, and take part in local project work.
- The accessible 2026 registration page does not state hard limits for nationality, residence, age, education, work experience, or gender.
