The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), a Rabat-based think tank, nominates young leaders from its Youth & ADEL Community to attend the NEXT Milan Forum, an international policy gathering organized with the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Selected delegates spend two days in Milan discussing urgent global challenges with policymakers, experts and business leaders, and take part in virtual workshops and masterclasses across the year. Three fully funded places are reserved each cycle — two for the business community and one for civil society.

Eligibility
- Open to members of the PCNS Youth & ADEL Community (nomination is made from within this community)
- Aged 25–35
- Fluent in English
- A professional background in either the business community or civil society (NGOs, international organizations, young diplomatic professionals)
- A solid educational background, demonstrated leadership and a strong interest in global affairs
