The Lime Connect Fellowship Program is a leadership and career-development program for current sophomores at four-year U.S. universities who have visible or invisible disabilities. Fellows begin with virtual learning and coaching, then attend an in-person leadership symposium in New York.
The program supports preparation for summer internship recruitment, introductions to corporate partners, peer relationships, and continued professional development through the Fellows Community. The 2026 application cycle is closed.

Eligibility
- Be a current sophomore in the class of 2028 at a four-year university in the United States.
- Continue as a full-time student during the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Have, or consider oneself to have, a visible or invisible disability under Lime Connect’s published definition.
- No nationality, gender, age, academic-field, or prior-work-experience requirement is stated.
