The Insall Traveling Fellowship is an annual, in-person educational tour endorsed by The Knee Society with support from the Insall Foundation. A cohort of four international knee surgeons visits Knee Society member programs across North America for one month to exchange clinical, research, and surgical knowledge.
The 2027 tour runs from October 1 through October 31, 2027. The Knee Society endorses the fellowship but states that it does not provide administrative oversight.

Eligibility

- Applicants must have demonstrated interest in clinical or laboratory research.
- Fellows must be willing to complete projects set by The Knee Society and present them at a later national meeting.
- Applicants must be available for the full four-week tour from October 1 through October 31, 2027.
