The Iliad Fellowship is a full-time research program in applied mathematics for AI alignment. Fellows work in person for three months on individual research with an established mentor.
It is run by Iliad, a nonprofit developing research and researchers in foundational AI alignment. The current application form lists a December 2026 fellowship in London or the Bay Area.

- Fellows receive a USD 6,000 travel-and-housing allowance each month for the three-month program.

Application process
