The Global Youth Water Envoys Program selects 100 young people from across the world to take part in global water governance around the 2026 UN Water Conference, co-hosted by the UAE and Senegal in Abu Dhabi. It is run by the Arab Youth Center in strategic partnership with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with support from the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, and is endorsed by the Conference Presidencies. From September to November 2026, selected envoys complete a remote capacity-building journey — foundational training, thematic specialization, and direct engagement with national delegations. Selected delegates then contribute to the Interactive Dialogues at the conference in December 2026 and help develop a Global Youth Statement. The aim is to place youth as contributors to the conference outcomes, not just observers.
