Get into Youth Exchanges for ALL is a training course run by the SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource Centre together with the Slovak national agency for Erasmus+ Youth. The 2026 edition takes place from 5 to 9 October 2026 in Slovakia and hosts 25 participants. It is designed for youth workers, social workers and refugee workers who work directly with young people facing social, economic, educational, geographic, cultural, health or disability barriers, and who have never organised an international youth project with them. Across the five days participants look at concrete examples of inclusive youth exchanges, meet other inclusion organisations, find out which Erasmus+ funding is available for inclusion work, and are walked step by step through building their own project. The working language is international English, and the organisers state that participants do not need to be fluent.
Benefits & funding
- Accommodation in single rooms and food for the whole course, organised and paid for by the Slovak Erasmus+ Youth national agency.
- The full training programme and facilitation at no charge.
- Travel and visa costs relevant to participation covered through the national agencies and SALTO centres involved; applicants from the Western Balkans are handled by SALTO South-East Europe.
- A participation fee may apply. The amount is set nationally and varies from country to country, and it is deducted from the travel reimbursement.
- The venue is accessible for people with disabilities, and additional support can be requested.
- A 1.5-hour online preparation meeting on 18 September at 12:00 CEST prepares the group before travelling.
