The Fulbright Vietnamese Student Program is an annual U.S. Mission Vietnam scholarship program for Master’s study at universities in the United States. It is the Vietnam route within the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, whose country-level application and selection are administered by U.S. embassies or Fulbright commissions.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be Vietnamese citizens, may not hold dual citizenship, and must reside in Vietnam throughout the application and selection process.
- Applicants must have completed at least one undergraduate degree.
- Applicants must have at least two years of work experience after undergraduate graduation by the application deadline.
- Applicants must present a valid minimum score of TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.5, TOEFL Essentials 8.5, or Duolingo 110.
- All fields are eligible except medicine, dentistry, and nursing.

Application process
