The Fulbright/University of St Andrews Award is a partnership award of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, run with the US-UK Fulbright Commission, sending one American graduate to the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
It funds a taught master’s or a research degree (master’s or PhD) in any discipline. Fulbright grant benefits cover the first 10 months; the university then keeps paying fees and stipend for the rest of the programme, up to four years.
