EMM-Nano is a two-year, 120 ECTS Erasmus Mundus master in nanoscience and nanotechnology, taught in English by five European universities with KU Leuven as lead.
Students spend the first year at KU Leuven and the second at Université Grenoble Alpes, Chalmers, TU Dresden or the University of Barcelona, where they specialise. Graduates receive a joint degree from the two universities they attended.
Benefits & funding
- Tuition: €9,000 a year for Partner-country students, €1,500 for Programme-country students; living, travel and insurance costs are the student’s own.

- Programme-country scholarship: €500 a year towards travel and €500 a month for up to 24 months.
- Partner-country students at Chalmers always pay the full fee there.
