MESPOM is a two-year, full-time European joint master’s in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management. The consortium comprises Central European University, Lund University, the University of the Aegean and the University of Manchester.
Students begin at CEU in Vienna, continue on Lesvos, choose a third-semester track in Lund or Manchester, and complete a thesis hosted by a consortium university. The curriculum combines environmental science, policy, management, an internship course and independent research.

- Self-funded places are available; published tuition is EUR 8,000 per year for EU/EEA students and EUR 18,000 per year for non-EU/EEA students.
- The programme carries 120 ECTS credits over four semesters.
Eligibility
- Applicants must hold, or complete before enrolment, a recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent based on at least three years of full-time study.
- The degree should be in environmental studies or a closely related field. Applicants from social sciences, law, economics, engineering, agriculture or natural sciences may also qualify when they demonstrate commitment to environmental challenges through work or volunteering.
- MESPOM sets a minimum GPA of 3.5, converted to the American 0.00–4.00 scale. Applicants whose GPA is below 3.5 are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English.
- Applicants worldwide may seek Erasmus Mundus funding; no nationality or residency gate is stated.
- No fixed work-experience or age requirement is published.
