The Commonwealth Youth Multilateral Negotiations Training is an in-person programme organised by the Commonwealth Secretariat and co-hosted in 2026 by the Government of Australia. The second edition brought 36 young leaders from 24 countries to the Commonwealth Secretariat headquarters in London for three days.
Participants used lectures, role play and mock negotiations to build skills for the Rio Conventions on climate change, biodiversity and land degradation. The first cohort ran in 2024, but the official site does not announce a future edition or a current application route.
