Camp Cronkite is a summer media camp run by Arizona State University’s Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication on its Downtown Phoenix campus. Cronkite faculty teach it, with current ASU students as guides and mentors.
Campers take core sessions in writing, interviewing, visual storytelling and personal branding, then pick electives such as producing, videography, podcasting, weather and social media. The 2026 camp ran as two six-day sessions.
