The Cambridge Caribbean Scholarship supports applicants from the Caribbean who plan to begin a Master’s or PhD at the University of Cambridge. The Cambridge Trust offers it with the University of Cambridge and Trinity College, and recipients may study any subject at any Cambridge College.
The award is intended for candidates with outstanding academic ability whose research will contribute to the Caribbean’s future development. Study takes place in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

- Applicants must seek admission to a Master’s or PhD course at Cambridge; the general Trust rules exclude premium-fee courses such as the MBA and MFin.
- The proposed research area must contribute to the future development of the Caribbean.
- The Trust’s general postgraduate criteria include significant academic achievement and potential, plus financial need.
- Applicants must submit by their course-specific funding deadline, request funding in the admissions application and obtain a conditional offer.
