This Özyeğin University project places five undergraduate interns in an online qualitative study of how battery electric vehicles are framed as a sustainable mobility pathway. Interns code English-language archival material from 2018–2024 using NVivo and a prepared codebook.
The work is organized by year and covers sustainability narratives, consensus-building methods, discursive techniques, and alternative technology narratives. Interns also write analytical memos and join group calibration meetings.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled undergraduates at Özyeğin University or another university in Turkey or abroad.
- Applicants need an interest in sustainability, climate change, technology and society, electric vehicles, or energy transitions.
- Basic familiarity with qualitative research is required, but prior NVivo experience is not.
- Applicants must be able to read and analyze English texts, work carefully with large textual datasets, follow coding protocols, and collaborate in teams.
- A background in management, sociology, political science, economics, or a related field is an advantage rather than a stated requirement.
