Autism in the Workplace is a Simons Foundation initiative designed to expand employment opportunities for autistic people. Its early-career internship program places interns on department projects and daily tasks while providing workplace support.
Interns build professional and interpersonal skills through paid work, workshops and informational interviews. Openings are posted as individual roles rather than through one fixed annual application.
