The Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity is a one-year, non-residential leadership-development program offered by the Milken Institute School of Public Health at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, as part of the global Atlantic Institute (Rhodes Trust Horizon Fund). It develops leaders who understand the foundations of health inequity and have the knowledge, skills, and courage to build more equitable organizations and communities. Fellows remain in their current roles and join a hybrid program of in-person convenings and online learning. The lifelong network spans 151 fellows across 35 countries on 6 continents.
