The ASEAN-China Youth Exchange Camp is run by the ASEAN Foundation with the Mission of the People’s Republic of China to ASEAN, supported by the ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund. Xiamen University hosted the 2024 edition.
Twenty-four students from the ten ASEAN Member States and China spent six days in Xiamen and Quanzhou on lectures, group work, cultural sessions and site visits about ASEAN-China relations and the digital economy. The 2024 camp is the only documented edition; no later call was listed as of October 2026.

Eligibility
- ASEAN route: citizen of an ASEAN Member State (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam), studying at a tertiary institution in ASEAN and living in an ASEAN Member State during the programme.
- China route: Chinese citizen studying at a tertiary institution in China and living in China during the programme.
- Diploma or undergraduate students (or equivalent) in any discipline, or graduates within one year of graduating.
- Aged 18–25 when the programme takes place.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; able to travel for the full period (25 August–1 September in 2024).
