The AIEA Conference Internship is a hybrid leadership and professional-development placement run by the Association of International Education Administrators. Four interns prepare remotely from October through February, then support the four-day AIEA 2027 Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
Interns coordinate the volunteer team, assist conference operations, and join a post-conference virtual debrief. AIEA describes the intended audience as graduate students and early-career international education professionals.
