Abdullah Al Salem University offered teaching assistant scholarship positions for the 2026–2027 academic year through its College of Medicine & Health Sciences. Recipients were to pursue master’s or PhD study in an approved program aligned with one of the advertised specialties.

The combined notice covered epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, healthcare policy, medical ethics, anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, microbiology, and biochemistry.   • Applicants needed final, unconditional admission to an aligned program on AASU’s approved university list, with the required accreditation, official signature, and Cultural Office authentication.
  • IELTS Academic 6.5 in every component or an equivalent result was required, dated no more than two years before the announcement closed.
  • The minimum bachelor’s GPA was 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent, except clinical medicine qualifications, for which 2.67 out of 4.00 or equivalent was accepted.
  • Applicants also had to pass a personal interview and meet the notice’s conduct, medical fitness, qualification-equivalency, and full-time prior-study requirements.
