The Youth Policy Dialogue on COP31 is a one-day, in-person exchange in Brussels on 1 October 2026. The European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee organise it with the European Youth Forum and Generation Climate Europe.
Youth organisations and young representatives from across Europe will discuss climate-policy priorities with the European Commissioner for Climate, Net-Zero and Clean Growth. The exchange is intended to bring youth perspectives into the EU’s external climate action before COP31.
