The Yale Peace Fellowship is run by the International Leadership Center (ILC) at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs. Each year it convenes a small, geographically balanced cohort of rising leaders working in conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation. The program is designed to help fellows reflect on the nature of modern conflict — including disinformation, climate stress, and political polarization — and to sharpen their negotiation and leadership skills. Fellows come from across civil society, diplomacy, politics, religion, and social enterprise. The 2026 cohort comprised 14 fellows.
