Official Page

Xiamen University runs its own scholarship for incoming international degree students, set up by the university in 2006. Each year it selects a fixed number of new bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students from the applicant pool and waives their tuition; first-class master’s and doctoral awards add a monthly living allowance set at Chinese Government Scholarship rates. Study takes place at the university’s campuses in Xiamen, Fujian Province, on China’s south-east coast.

There is no separate competition — applicants are reviewed for the award only after they have been admitted to a degree program. The 2026 intake listed 24 awards across the three levels.
