The World Bank Treasury Summer Internship places a small cohort of undergraduate students inside the institution that manages the World Bank Group’s borrowings, investments and financial risk. Interns spend roughly ten weeks full-time in Washington, D.C., completing an onboarding week followed by three three-week rotations across Treasury’s teams, supported by a mentor and a coordinator and culminating in a capstone presentation. The program is paid, open to students of any nationality, and runs once a year, with the application link going live by September each year.
