Women Photograph runs this annual project-grant program with support from Leica USA. It awards three visual journalists funding to produce a new or ongoing documentary photography project.

Recipients carry out their own reporting projects rather than relocating to a host site. The 2026 call opened on May 20, closed on June 30, and the recipients were announced in August.

  • There is no application fee.
