Women in Leadership Scholarship — Course / Training

IESE Business School offers the Women in Leadership Scholarship for women admitted to its Advanced Management Program or Program for Management Development. The award supports applicants with a record of outstanding professional accomplishment.

AMP is a seven-month, on-campus route across Madrid, Barcelona and Munich for C-suite and senior executives. PMD is a five-month hybrid route in Barcelona for experienced senior managers, functional directors, recently appointed general managers and entrepreneurs.

Benefits & funding

Three scholarships are available in every AMP or PMD edition.
Each award covers up to 20% of the selected program’s tuition fee.
Current tuition is €46,000 for AMP and €31,500 for PMD, so the award is partial tuition support rather than full funding.

Eligibility

Applicants must be women with a record of outstanding professional accomplishment.
Applicants must first be admitted to either AMP or PMD.
Candidates receiving full or partial company sponsorship are not eligible.
The scholarship application must be tied to one specific program, and an award cannot be deferred even if program admission is deferred.
PMD is aimed at experienced managers and entrepreneurs with at least five years of managerial experience; AMP is designed for C-suite and senior executives.
IESE publishes no nationality, residency, age or academic-degree restriction for this scholarship.

Application process

Submit the chosen program application; the relevant Admissions Committee normally communicates its decision within one month.

Once admitted, apply for this scholarship for that specific program and include the required scholarship cover letter.
